Yesterday Lunch:
-chicken salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, falafel, tahini sauce, chicken kebab. delicious.
-fish oil

Yesterday Dinner:
-chicken breast
-spinach salad w/tandoori dressing
-fish oil
-like 6 beers

Today Morning:
-casein protein powder mixed with nonfat milk and oat bran into a yogurty, pudding-like consistency.
-coffee

Lunch:
-"burrito in a bowl" thing. green peppers, celery, chicken, green tomatoes, cheese, some unidentified seeds. probably some other green vegetables I couldn't figure out. No tortilla. I don't know why they called this a burrito.
-decaf coffee w/fake sugar and fake cream (fake sugar and fake cream in all my coffees unless otherwise noted)
-fish oil
-salad w/romaine lettuce and the tandoori dressing again. the lettuce was dirty.
