I ate a number of things over the weekend.
Weekend Morning:
-eggs over medium
-oatmeal with frozen blueberries and raspberries
-coffee
Weekend Lunch: kind of a mix of things.
-moussaka
-peanuts
-some kind of fried tortilla thing with cheese and refried beans
-something called a "pizza strip" which was a rectangular piece of bread with pizza sauce on it
-chex mix
-grapes
-broccoli w/hummus
Weekend Evening: ate at a fancy restaurant. see if you can guess the restaurant things. challenge your friends!
-tuna fish sandwich
-softshell crab saganaki, briefly fried in a light tempura batter with a feta fennel sauce, sitting on a rice cake, tomatoes and peppers
-veggie burger
-fancy beer with cumin, coriander and cardamom
-pabst blue ribbon (2 cups from the keg)
-fried mussels and hot peppers with turkish tarator sauce
-spicy egyptian carrot puree with nuts and olive oil
-3 egg omellette with enchilada sauce, salsa, and crumbled cheese of some kind
Today Morning:
-protein bar
-coffee
Lunch:
-cobb salad w/avocado, lettuce, bacon, egg, onion, cherry tomato and honey dijon dressing.
-fish oil
Not as many vegetables as I would like at this point. Having picked up the vegetables from the farm share last week would really be nice right about now.
