-omelette with green tomatillo salsa
-broccoli w/cheese
-salmon burger

Today Morning: worked out in the morning today, which was not terrible.
-apple
-protein bar
-coffee
-fish oil

Lunch:
-tuna fish sandwich w/lettuce and tomato
-green tea
