Tuesday Dinner:
-yogurt w/oat bran and berries
-spinach salad w/ orange sesame dressing
-lemon garlic chicken breast
-mixed nuts
-fish oil
Today Morning:
-3 egg omelette with cheese and salsa
-protein bar
-coffee
Lunch:
-chicken and chinese broccoli in some kind of sauce. possibly garlic. chinese broccoli is very hard to eat when you don't have a knife, but I mostly ok from the experience. a little shaken.
-oolong tea
-green tea
