Yesterday Evening:
-almonds
-salmon fillet with green garlic
-steamed kale with lime and green garlic
-i invented a drink
pint glass fill withed w/ ice, add
1/2 shot of rum
1 shot of peach schnapps
juice of 1/2 lime
fill to top with iced tea
i had two of these
This Morning
-oatmeal w/ protein powder and froze blueberries.
-coffee
-protein bar
this is getting boring, huh? i will try to mix this up a little more.
Lunch:
-slice of pizza
-spinach salad w/low fat ranch dressing
-low fat cottage cheese. i cannot stand cottage cheese but i ate some anyway because it was going to go bad. don't ask me why i bought it in the first place.
