Tuesday Morning:
-protein bar
-coffee
-apple
Tue Lunch:
-tuna fish sandwich
-salad w/ lettuce
-fish oil
Tue Evening:
-1 beer (sam adams light)
-hamburger w/mustard
-omelette w/greena and red salsas
-spinach salad w/hummus
-cucumber (just a cucumber. nothing on it or anything)
Wednesday Morning:
-protein bar
-coffee
Lunch:
-turkey and quinoa chili w/green and yellow zuccini
-fish oil
Lame. My eating still stinks. You'd think with all of these vegetables around it would be better. It's hard to change eating habits.
