Yesterday Lunch:
-chicken kabob salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pepper, hummus, falafel, and tahini sauce. always a delicious salad.
-green tea
-fish oil
Dinner:
-salmon with lemon and real vanilla bean. i don't know if you've ever used vanilla bean, but it is ungodly expensive. very vanilla-y and tasty, but wow. this was an expensive meal.
-omellete with feta and broccoli
Today Morning:
-oatmeal with frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, schnozzberries.)
-coffee
