Yesterday Evening:
-burrito thing with the chicken, peppers, tomatillos, cheese, onions and no tortilla
-2 eggs over-medium with salsa and cheese
-tuna fish sandwich
-carrots

actually picked up the farm share last night. things i do not know what to do with:
-beets (i hate beets, but they are good for you. maybe i can juice them)
-garlic snakes (??)
-zuccini (don't really care much for zuccini either. i will try to force this down somehow)
-swiss chard (never had this before. don't have any problems with it in theory)

Today Morning:
-oatmeal w/frozen berries and protein powder
-coffee
-protein bar

Lunch:
-salad w/ hummus, falafel, lettuce, feta, chicken, cucumber, tomato, tahini. awesome.
-green tea
-fish oil

Today Morning: worked out in the morning today, which was not terrible.
-apple
-protein bar
-coffee
-fish oil

Lunch:
-tuna fish sandwich w/lettuce and tomato
-green tea

Yesterday dinner:
-turkey quinoa chile w/broccoli, soy beans and corn
-wasabi and soy sauce almonds
-pretzels w/peanut butter
-2 hard lemonades

Today morning:
-oatmeal w/protein powder, bluberries and raspberries
-protein bar
-coffee

Lunch:
-chicken parm sandwich
-wasabi and soy sauce almonds

Dinner:
I hope some salmon and some vegetables. hope i can rustle up something.

I ate a number of things over the weekend.

Weekend Morning:
-eggs over medium
-oatmeal with frozen blueberries and raspberries
-coffee

Weekend Lunch: kind of a mix of things.
-moussaka
-peanuts
-some kind of fried tortilla thing with cheese and refried beans
-something called a "pizza strip" which was a rectangular piece of bread with pizza sauce on it
-chex mix
-grapes
-broccoli w/hummus

Weekend Evening: ate at a fancy restaurant. see if you can guess the restaurant things. challenge your friends!
-tuna fish sandwich
-softshell crab saganaki, briefly fried in a light tempura batter with a feta fennel sauce, sitting on a rice cake, tomatoes and peppers
-veggie burger
-fancy beer with cumin, coriander and cardamom
-pabst blue ribbon (2 cups from the keg)
-fried mussels and hot peppers with turkish tarator sauce
-spicy egyptian carrot puree with nuts and olive oil
-3 egg omellette with enchilada sauce, salsa, and crumbled cheese of some kind

Today Morning:
-protein bar
-coffee

Lunch:
-cobb salad w/avocado, lettuce, bacon, egg, onion, cherry tomato and honey dijon dressing.
-fish oil

Not as many vegetables as I would like at this point. Having picked up the vegetables from the farm share last week would really be nice right about now.

Yesterday Lunch:
-chicken salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, falafel, tahini sauce, chicken kebab. delicious.
-fish oil

Yesterday Dinner:
-chicken breast
-spinach salad w/tandoori dressing
-fish oil
-like 6 beers

Today Morning:
-casein protein powder mixed with nonfat milk and oat bran into a yogurty, pudding-like consistency.
-coffee

Lunch:
-"burrito in a bowl" thing. green peppers, celery, chicken, green tomatoes, cheese, some unidentified seeds. probably some other green vegetables I couldn't figure out. No tortilla. I don't know why they called this a burrito.
-decaf coffee w/fake sugar and fake cream (fake sugar and fake cream in all my coffees unless otherwise noted)
-fish oil
-salad w/romaine lettuce and the tandoori dressing again. the lettuce was dirty.

Yesterday Lunch:
-spinach salad w/onion, egg, bacon, cherry tomatos and honey djion dressing.
-almond butter
-coffee (felt dizzy and tired in the afternoon)
-3 fish oil caps

Dinner:
-spinach salad w/hummus
-chicken breast w/tandoori sauce (chicken said to use or freeze by friday, but I cooked the crap out of it and it seems fine. I had to throw away some ground turkey I wanted to use which if you know me means that the turkey would have killed somebody or at least sent someone (me) on an unpleasant journey to an emergency room or hallucinegenic nightmareland.)
-almonds
-white wine
-3 fish oil caps

Today Morning:
-protein bar
-coffee
-flax meal

I went on vacation for a few days and was not able to write down everything that I ate, but here are some things I remember eating:

Morning:
-oatmeal w/fruit
-scrambled eggs w/melon
-some of the worst coffee I have ever tasted
-oj
-oatmeal

Lunch:
-very good hummus
-tuna fish
-protein bars
-a good meaty chili that had chunks of beef in it rather than ground beef
-chicken soup
-tomato soup
-salads of various kinds
-cooked broccoli

Dinner:
-pork chops in a salty sauce
-cooked broccoli (this was served at nearly every meal)
-white meat turkey w/gravy
-several beers (there were good beers but for some reason I kept drinking Bud Lights)
-an enchilada

That is all I remember of things I ate on my vacation. Today I have eaten so far:

Morning:
-yogurt w/oat bran, raspberries and blueberries
-coffee

-yogurt with oat bran and frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries)
-coffee with fake sugar and fake cream that was powdered
-protein bar
-apple

Lunch:
-2 big bowls of spinach with hummus mixed in (am trying to get rid of the spinach. i have another pound and a half to go. does not look good.)
-another protein bar
-baby carrots (finished the bag)
-green tea with one fake sugar
-fish oil capsules

Dinner:
? hasn't happened yet. probably finish off the ground beef and turkey with maybe some random restaurant crap. not a lot of solid food so far today.
